The purpose of the NextGen Public Safety Pathways Initiative is to provide structured guidance, leadership development, and personalized support for individuals pursuing careers in public safety. Through mentorship, career-readiness preparation, and focused one-on-one support, the initiative helps committed candidates overcome common barriers, including understanding key concepts, strengthening testing strategies, and building the confidence needed to meet professional hiring standards.
Our goal is to help motivated individuals stay the course and successfully cross the finish line into meaningful careers in fire service, law enforcement, EMS, and other public safety professions.
