Experienced Educators
Ira G. Witherspoon Jr., founder of Witherspoon & Company LLC, is a retired Fire Captain and educator who served the Charlotte Fire Department and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools with distinction. Now a Disaster Preparedness Instructor, he brings over 26 years of fire service and more than a decade in education to his mission of empowering communities through safety, leadership, and knowledge.
Breakthrough Counseling & Wellness
Clara Kennedy Witherspoon is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor with a background in education, mental health, and community leadership. She joined Witherspoon & Company LLC in 2024 and is also the founder of God’s Production Ministries, serving at-risk youth through trauma-informed care and holistic support.
